I've had a great experience with Zdravé stravování and am happy to recommend them. My son used their children's school lunch menu during a period when we didn't have time to cook every day and the school cafeteria wasn't the right fit for us. The meals were varied, tasty, and, most importantly, made from high-quality ingredients.

I had the opportunity to try Zdravé stravování for one month, and even in that short time I can say that not only did I lose a few kilos, but I also found structure and a solid routine in my diet—something that’s essential to maintain in everyday life, and which I only truly realized thanks to this meal delivery (boxed diet) service. I should also commend their couriers, who are willing to do just about anything for their customers.

I was quite skeptical about meal box diets and didn’t really believe that food prepared and vacuum-packed like this could taste good—but I was incredibly surprised. The food is excellent, and the team accommodates almost everything (if you don’t eat fish or have a specific issue with certain ingredients, you just need to call them and they’ll replace it).

The meal boxes from Zdravé stravování really pleasantly surprised me. In terms of taste, I find them genuinely very good. I’m on the Protein Plus program, and it suits me the best. Thanks to the higher protein intake, I feel better overall, and it’s especially noticeable in sports — I have more energy, better recovery, and overall improved performance.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Zdravé stravování service. The meals are tasty, well-seasoned, and you can tell they really care about quality. The portion sizes suit me perfectly – you feel satisfied, but it’s not unnecessarily heavy.
