    Would you like to improve your diet and lose weight? With the Zdravé stravování Boxed Diet, you can easily achieve this and still enjoy the meals along the way. This is our most popular healthy eating program, which is as similar to a regular diet as possible.


    Decide upon an optimal boxed diet based on your own experience. We offer a "test" weight loss program COMBI WEEK, where you can taste a healthy diet from five different menus, a different menu for each day. You will get an idea of the individual diets and choose the most suitable one according to your personal preference.


    Are you craving a healthy but affordable meal for lunch or dinner? Zdravé stravování has prepared a Menu box program from which you can choose the main meals of the day. The meals will satisfy anyone who craves regular meals and high-quality preparation of food. The program is suitable for singles, senior citizens, and families who do not cook.

    Are you uncomfortable eating five times a day? It doesn’t matter! We have a new program for you, We Eat 3x a Day, which brings a varied diet with a balanced ratio of nutrients, divided in terms of energy into only three courses, namely breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Sports programs

    The Protein + fitness dietary program will supply the necessary composition of nutrients to everyone who strives for increased strength and muscle growth. The Protein + boxed diet ensures an optimal diet, which is of up to 80% of the final results. In addition, a suitable diet will ensure proper muscle regeneration.


    The Fit + boxed diet will improve your physical condition and help you lose weight. Combined with aerobic exercise, you achieve an effective effect.

  • Programs for every day with a modified menu

    If you prefer a vegetarian meat-free diet, then the program of the same name will be a suitable choice for you. A tailor-made diet with the absence of meat offers plenty of all nutrients and can be consumed for extended periods of time.


    The For Moms diet takes into account the specifics and needs of the women who breastfeed. By optimal adjustment of the diet and elimination of problematic ingredients, you will achieve a satisfied nursing baby and save time by preparing a suitable diet.

  • Special programs

    The KETO diet program from Healthy Eating, inspired by the keto diet, will delight all those who are impatient and need to see weight loss results as soon as possible for motivation.


  • Extras

    Occasionally supplement your standard menu with something good. Extras include breakfast, soups, two types of vitamin-enhanced smoothies or fresh juices, and there is also a dessert to indulge in. Even in the case of supplements, we care about the ingredients used and the balanced composition.

  • Dietary exceptions

    SUGAR-FREE

    The SUGAR-FREE exemption restricts foods and ingrediences containing simple sugars (sugar, jams, compotes, etc.) and replaces them with low-energy sweeteners and suitable foods. SUGAR-FREE exception cannot be set for the following programs: VEGAN, FOR HEALTH +, PROTEIN EXTRA, FLEXI IN, DETOX PRO, FAMILY + (except food for 1 person) and COMBI WEEK.

    NO INGREDIENT

    Don't you like a specific food? Contact us and we will try to find a solution. Keep in mind, however, that the exclusion of food can be to the detriment of the diversity of the diet.
