The We Eat 3x a Day program is a universal boxed program suitable for both weight reduction and balanced nutrition according to rational nutritional principles.
- It is intended for everyone whose goal is to eat healthy, tasty, and balanced food.
- The We Eat 3x a Day program offers a balanced diet that will help you lose weight and maintain your desired body weight.
- The menu is designed by a nutritional team led by the founder of Zdravé stravování, Mgr. Kateřina Šimková.
- This program is as close as possible to the regular menu that you are used to, but at the same time contains a balanced ratio of all nutrients.
- The We Eat 3x a Day program is available in five energy ranges: 5.000, 6.000, 7.000, 8.000, 9.000 and 10.000 kJ.
- The energy value is distributed only in the three main meals of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- For side dishes, we don’t only play with the classic style of potatoes, pasta, and rice, but we also try to include less traditional ingredients in the meals, which we believe you will fall in love with.

Raw materials
You can look forward to lean meat, cereals, legumes, seeds, and nuts. The meals also include low-fat cheeses and other products that you are used to in your regular diet.
Exotic products will also add variety to the diet in the program. The program cannot be ordered in any combination of courses. Exceptions may be applied to the We Eat 3x a Day program.
