About the FOR HEALTH program
The For Health Program is the most universal and the most popular of the programs we offer. Why?
- It is designed for everyone whose goal is to eat healthy, tasty and balanced diet.
- The For Health Program offers balanced diet to help you lose weight and maintain your desired weight.
- The menu is designed by the team of nutritionists under the leadership of the founder of Zdravé stravování, Kateřina Šimková.
- This program is as close as possible to the normal diet you are used to, but also contains balanced ratio of all nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
- In the side dishes are not just classics you are used to, such as potatoes, pasta and rice, but we also try to include less traditional ingrediences, which we believe you will fall in love with.
With the For Health program you can look forward to recipes from classic Czech and world cuisine. The menu should be an inspiration for tasty, healthy dishes and new ingredients that have been missing from your menu so far.
Ingrediences
You can look forward to lean meat, cereals, legumes, seeds and nuts. Menu also includes low fat cheeses and other products that you are used to during your normal diet.
The variety of food in the program will add as well exotic products. The program can be ordered in any combination of courses. Exceptions may apply to the Health Program.
Nutrition details
A healthy and lean body is not the result of starvation, but a consequence of a varied and balanced diet, in which all macronutrients are represented, including carbohydrates, fats, proteins, but also fiber, minerals and vitamins. This is exactly the fact that our For Health program and all other programs in our offer follow.
In general, the correct daily ratio of the macro nutrients can be considered as follows:
- 40-60% carbohydrates,
- 25-30% fats,
- 15-25% protein.
If you adjust your diet in favor of one macro nutrient at the expense of another, it will be very difficult for you to maintain a healthy body and a slim figure for a long period of time. Long-term deficiency of some nutrients can also adversely affect your health.
