Detox Pro boxed diet lightly transitions diet into antioxidant rich foods (vitamin C and E), zinc, selenium and coenzyme Q10, thanks to which you can support the body's defense mechanisms.
A specific diet built on fruit or vegetable smoothies and salads will significantly lighten your daily meal routine and allow you to gain lost energy.
In the preparation of the Detox Pro program we use the most gentle technological procedures to maintain as much micronutrients in drinks and meals as possible. We also pay a lot of attention to the original taste combinations and variety of ingrediences.
Ingrediences
Five-day program menu of Detox Pro is composed of fresh vegetable and fruit juices, which are enriched during the week with salads, seeds, nuts, eggs, legumes or fish.
Exceptions cannot be applied to Detox Pro and it is a continuous program from Monday to Friday. It can't start in the middle of the week.

For these organs to function properly, it is important to have a regular, high-quality and balanced diet with enough energy and amino acids - the building blocks of protein, thanks to which the body can get rid of toxins.
On the contrary drastic fasting and detox diets based on minimum energy intake can be counterproductive and slow the metabolism down. Given that these organs provide us with a detoxification service every single day, it would be naive to think that one detoxification treatment will do our body a service for a whole year.
