The Healthy Eating boxed diet provides healthy, balanced and tasty meals for everyone who cares about what they eat and don´t have time to cook.
We also prepare special menus, that take into account individual restrictions, such as menus for breastfeeding mothers, meat-free or vegan diets, or those with reduced lactose content. Another group of people that tend to receive our boxed diet are those who want to lose weight or require a diet suitable to support sports performance.
We deliver your food to your home or work as you request according to the chosen program.

I want to start eating a boxed diet - how to proceed:
- Think about what program and variant will suit you the best. Our recommendation calculator will help you choose the one for you. If you are unsure, our operators or nutrition team will help with the selection.
- Order box meals online, or call +420 517 070 333. We will be happy to answer all your questions!
- Choose the start and end date of the order. If you want to try eating with us, order week long deliveries. For visible results, we recommend a minimum monthly cycle. Please order 3 working days in advance!
- For practical reasons, we recommend studying the answers to frequently asked questions, the menu and the photo gallery.
- We deliver food the day before. Monday boxes will be delivered on Sunday evening, etc. There is also a same day morning delivery available in some regions, you can get more information from our operators or here.
- Then you just eat and lose weight! For good results, follow the following dietary tips.
- Plan a time when you will eat the boxes and follow the approximate time each day.
- Keep 3-hour intervals between meals.
- Eat your last meal 3 hours before bed.
- In addition to boxes, you can indulge in fresh vegetables (up to 400 g / day).
- If you have an irresistible sweet tooth, try eating a piece of fruit.
- If you feel tired during the day, consult a nutritionist about the suitability of the program.
- Follow the drinking regime (preferably clean still water).
- Skip the alcohol (it is very caloric).
- You don't have to limit yourself with coffee and tea.
- Choose the physical activity that suits you and try to do it as often as possible.
