Since I’ve been using the box diet, I’ve had a lot more time for my hobbies. I don’t have to spend my free time grocery shopping and thinking about what to cook. Every evening, except Friday and Saturday, a nice, smiling, and always positive courier comes to us, hands me the boxes and I know that I will definitely not starve the next day. As I am a very active person, I tried the PROTEIN + and FIT + programs. I was very satisfied with both of them. Now, out of curiosity, I decided to try the PRO ZDRAVÍ + program and it suits me the most at the moment. There isn’t a day when I don’t discover a new flavor, a combination of flavors, or an unknown food item in the boxes. In the last six months that I’ve been using the box diet, I haven’t had anything that I don’t like the taste of.
What did I learn thanks to the box diet? Before, I couldn’t imagine a morning without a sweet breakfast. Oatmeal, pancakes, or yogurt with muesli and fruit meant a perfect start to the day for me. But thanks to Zdravé stravování, I now also like a savory breakfast, and I even like to prepare it at the weekend. My calorie intake from the box diet is set at 8000 KJ. That’s a maintainable intake for me. On days when I’m more active (hard training, hiking...), I add something small to the boxes.
