The food from Zdravé stravování saves me so much precious time, and I especially like the possibility to combine different programs. I specifically use the Rodina + program and alternate it with meals without meat. Thanks to this, I (and not only myself) have a varied diet for the whole day from breakfast to dinner. It’s a great option for everyone who doesn’t have time to spare or doesn’t want to cook every day. What’s more, it tastes great :-)!
